The tours were wonderful, informative, and needless to say beautiful. I believe that both Ransom and I were very satisfied, and we were able to see everything that we had hoped for our first trip to Egypt.The accommodations including the hotels, and the cruise boat were very clean, and professional. I felt that a few of the representatives from your company really went above and beyond our expectations, namely our Cairo Representative names "Amir" as well as our tour guides "Omar" and Kahleed" in Cairo, and on the cruise.

Hi Sherif,
I just wanted to send you a note to thank
you for putting together such an incredible
experience for me. Egypt is the one place I
have wanted to visit since I was a kid and
the dream has come true. While being in
Egypt fullfilled that part, you and your staff
made the dream a worry free experience that
will not tarnish anything I have seen or done
during my two weeks.
The staff were great, specifically Tamar up here in Cairo, and Michael the guide from Luxor to Aswan. It was a treat to get to know both of these personable people and to share a laugh with them. Any time I arrived somewhere, the drivers and guides were on time and everything was coordinated perfectly. I felt like royalty for the time I was here.
I hope to one day return here before long and would certainly look forward to see all of you again. I will also be sure to recommend Tarot to any friends who are considering traveling in the region.
As I leave this great country, I will forever have the memories of my experiences and know that you and your staff played a roll in that.

at Abu Simbel - I don't
think any of us will ever
forget seeing the sun shine

We are enormously grateful to everyone at Grand Holidays for the splendid service and personal attention we received during our stay in Egypt. We always felt cared for and never like part of a herd - the warmth and authenticity of GH people means you are treated as an individual, and not 'just another tourist'. Several of our fellow passengers on the Oberoi Philae were envious of our very special arrangements - ie our excellent guide Mohamed, thanks to whom we saw the Workers' Tombs at sunrise, by ourselves - one of many memorable moments. We also enjoyed several terrific days in Cairo - hectic, noisy and endlessly fascinating city. We appreciated not only our guided outings with lovely Reham, but also the days when we explored by ourselves, chauffered by Arafa, who is assuredly the calmest and most skillful driver in the whole of Cairo. We shall certainly use Grand Holidays again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wishes to have the benefit of friendly and expert support
